# Liên hệ trung tâm Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng

Nếu bạn có bất kỳ thắc mắc hoặc cần hỗ trợ khi sử dụng KONWallet, vui lòng **liên hệ trung tâm chăm sóc khách hàng qua email** bất cứ lúc nào.\
KONWallet hiện đang vận hành **trung tâm hỗ trợ qua email**, tiếp nhận yêu cầu **24/7 – 365 ngày trong năm**.

### STEP 1. Truy cập menu và chọn "Hỗ trợ khách hàng"

Trong danh mục Hỗ trợ khách hàng, nhấp vào mục **"Liên hệ CSKH"** để gửi yêu cầu.

### STEP 2. Nhấp vào "Gửi email"

Nếu thiết bị di động của bạn đã cài đặt sẵn ứng dụng email mặc định, nút **"Gửi email"** sẽ tự động kích hoạt ứng dụng và điền sẵn địa chỉ người nhận.

Nếu thiết bị của bạn **chưa được cài đặt ứng dụng email mặc định**, bạn sẽ **không thể sử dụng** tính năng này.\
Vui lòng **cài đặt ứng dụng email mặc định** trước khi sử dụng.

Tuy nhiên, bạn vẫn có thể gửi yêu cầu trực tiếp qua địa chỉ email bên dưới.
