**결제 관련**

* 콘월렛 가맹점 결제는 사용자가 보유한 디지털 자산을 활용하여, 회사와 별도 계약을 체결한 가맹점에서 <mark style="color:yellow;">상품 및 서비스를 구매할 수 있도록 지원하는 결제 중개 서비스</mark>입니다.
* 결제를 위해 지불된 디지털 자산은 실시간으로 매도 처리되며, <mark style="color:yellow;">결제 시점에 테더(USDT) 기준으로 고정(페깅)</mark>됩니다. 이를 통해 결제 시 발생할 수 있는 디지털 자산 시세 변동성을 최소화합니다. 이때 매도 시점은 운영 방침에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
* 콘월렛 가맹점 결제는 지정된 가맹점에서만 이용 가능하며, 추후 추가되는 가맹점 정보는 별도 공지될 예정입니다.
* 디지털 자산을 이용한 결제는 현금영수증 발급 또는 소득공제 혜택이 제공되지 않습니다. (기획재정부 소득세제과-162, 2021.03.12. 참조)

**시세 변동 및 수수료 안내**

* 결제 진행 중 디지털 자산의 특성상 실시간 시세 변동으로 인해 지불 금액이 예상과 다를 수 있으며, 이로 인해 발생하는 금액 차이에 대해 유의하시기 바랍니다.
* 사용자의 결제 요청 시점 데이터를 기록·보관하여, 회사와 사용자 간 결제 정보의 불일치가 발생하지 않도록 관리합니다.

**결제 취소 및 반환 정책**

* <mark style="color:yellow;">결제 취소는 3일 이내로 가맹점 방문하여 별도 결제 완료 시 취소 접수</mark>하며, 결제 시 사용된 <mark style="color:yellow;">코인은 테더(USDT)로 반환되며, 약 7USDT 수수료가 공제된 후 반환</mark>됩니다.
* 취소 입금건은 평균 7일 이내 처리되며 수수료는 네트워크에 따라 변동될 수 있습니다.
* 취소 정책은 가맹점 마다 상이할 수 있습니다.
